Peter Dykes
Executive Chairman


Peter has over 20 years’ experience in advising and building ASX-listed companies.

He started his career with KPMG in the Taxation Division, later establishing KPMG's Technology Advisory practice in Sydney. There he advised large public and private companies on funding via private equity, government grants and tax incentive programs for research and development.

Peter went on to establish a boutique technology advisory practice, advising many of Australia's largest ASX-listed and foreign corporates – including BHP, Telstra, Boral, General Motors Holden and Ford.

He progressed to executive and board roles with a number of early-stage ASX-listed technology companies, having principally invested in each of these to develop, commercialise and successfully exit.

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Victoria University (RMIT) and is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia.

Dato’ Muhamad Adlan bin Berhan
Non-Executive Director

Dato’ Muhamad Adlan bin Berhan has 20 years experience as a principal investor, owner and operator across a diversified range of industries in Malaysia, India, Dubai, Singapore and South East Asia, His industry experience includes technology, oil and gas, manufacturing, food processing and distribution, property development and construction.

Dato’ Muhamad Adlan bin Berhan brings an extensive network of government and private sector industrial and investment market relationships to Chapmans Limited and will have a focus on supporting further investment for Chapmans existing investments as well as developing new investment opportunities in Australia and international markets.

Jarryd Ward
Non-Executive Director

Jarryd Ward has over 8 years experience as both an investor and trader in cryptocurrency and stock markets. He brings extensive knowledge of the small cap sector, coupled with a large network to assist with growing the company along with an active investor network.

Adam Monaghan
Non-Executive Director

Adam Monaghan has over 10 years in international trade and the stock markets as a trader and investor. He also brings significant experience and knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency and is focused on assisting Chapmans with its investing activities in these high growth sectors
